Chinowth & Cohen Realtors welcomes Michele Mackey to their Muskogee office. Michele was born and raised in Braggs, OK. She received her Associate of Science Degree in General Education from Connors State College, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Mild/Moderate Special Education from Northeaster State University, Tahlequah.
Previously, Michele worked in the banking industry for several different banks in various positions including Teller, Proofing Specialist, and Teller Coach for all Bank of America branches, the position that she loved most of all, saying, “I trained the new incoming tellers and loved the interaction with the people,” She has worked for the past 22 years as a Special Education Teacher and has taught at Okay High School and Hilldale Middle School, and has been at Fort Gibson High School for 16 years. She brings her special ability to connect with others along with patience, customer service expertise, and communication skills to her clients today. She also brings her buyers and sellers computer knowledge, extreme discretion, attention to detail, honesty and integrity, all necessary skills in real estate.
A full-service agent, Michele is familiar with residential and land listings. “I have lived in Oklahoma all my life and am very familiar with Tulsa and all its surrounding communities,” Michele explains.
Michele and her husband own a farm where they raise and sell goats to 4-H and FFA students. They enjoy traveling to watch their grandchildren play ball and watch the 4-H and FFA kids show livestock all over the state of Oklahoma. Michele also loves riding horses, reading, and spending time with family.
